Teresa Payne has received the distinct recognition by NBC-CAM as a “ Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She has more than 16 years of bookkeeping and community management experience.

Jeff Payne has an extensive background in property development, construction and ownership. He is a licensed real estate broker, contractor and property manager.

Lynn Cauble is a licensed real estate broker and community manager. She heads up special projects and promotes owner relations.

Julie Vizina provides our bookkeeping services. She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.

Len Gillean is our on-site manager at Aspen Meadows. Len provides maintenance services as well as client relations.
